1 box (8 oz.) seasoned croutons
6 oz. Swiss cheese
10 oz. corned beef (sliced or chipped)
6 oz. can sauerkraut (drained)
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
Recipe
Butter an 11x13 casserole (or a round casserole)
Layer 1/2 the croutons
1/2 the beef
1/2 the sauerkraut and
1/2 the cheese
Repeat layers and top with croutons.
Beat the eggs, add milk and pour over the top.
Bake at 350 to 375 degrees F. for 35 minutes.
