    List of Ingredients




    White Sauce:
    3 tablespoons butter or margarine
    3 tablespoons flour
    1-1/2 cups milk

    Casserole:
    2 teaspoons chili powder
    3 tablespoons light cream
    2 cups cooked noodles
    1 cup (4 ounces) grated cheddar cheese
    2 tablespoons dried parsley
    2 tablespoons dehydrated chopped onion
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    1 can (6.5 ounces) tuna, drained

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350º F.

    Melt butter or margarine in medium saucepan and stir flour in thoroughly. Slowly stir in milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until sauce thickens and reaches a boil.

    Remove white sauce from heat and add chili powder; mix with cream. Stir in noodles, cheese, parsley, onion, salt, pepper and tuna. Transfer to 1-1/2 quart greased baking dish.

    Bake for 30 minutes.


    YIELD: 4 Servings
