Stack-A-Roll Stroganoff

List of Ingredients
1 # ground beef
1 - 4 oz. can mushrooms, stems and pieces
1 can french fried onion rings
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1 pkg. Hunry Jack flaky buttermilk busquits
Topping:
1/2 c. sour cream
1 egg
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. salt
Recipe
Brown ground beef and drain well. In 2 1/2 - 3 qt. ungreased casserole, combine ground beef, mushrooms and 1/2 can of the french-fried onions, toss lightly.
Bring mushroom soup to a boil, remove from heat, blend in 1/2 cup of the sour cream, pour over meat.
Cut bisquits in half to make 20 half circles, stand up cut side down around the outer rim of casserole dish, on top of the meat mixture.
Fill in with remaining onions, cover with Topping recipe.
Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 mintues, or until nicely browned (uncovered) I think I remember it taking slightly longer than that.
