    5 lg Vidalia Onions, Sliced
    12 0z. Crushed Ritz Crackers
    1 lb Sausage Meat, Browned And
    - Drained
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Seasoning Salt
    10 3/4 oz Can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
    1/2 c Grated Cheddar Cheese
    1 sm Jar Pimento Pepper

    Recipe



    Put onions in 7" X 12" dish, next put crackers and add sausage meat.
    Add a layer of onions and top with cream of mushroom soup, salt and seasoning salt.
    Sprinkle on a layer of grated Cheddar and pimento.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 375 degrees F.
    for 1 hour.
    YIELD: Serves 4
