1/2 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. Taco seasoning mix
1 cup chredder Cheddar cheese
1 Tblsp. water
2 pkgs. Pillsbury Crescent rolls
1 medium green pepper
1/2 head shredded lettuce
1 medium tomato, cubed
1 small onion,chopped
1/2 cup black olives, sliced (optional)
1 cup Salsa

Recipe
Combine meat, Taco seasoning, cheese and water in a bowl. Arrange crescent triangles in a circle with the triangle bases overlapping in center and points sticking out (on a greased pizza stone) (make a 5 inch diameter circle with triangle bases). Scoop meat mixture over rolls. Fold points of triangles over filling and tuck under base at the center of the ring. (Filling will not be completely covered). Bake 20-25 minutes at 375 degrees or until crescent rolls are golden brown. Cut pepper to use in center of ring and fill with salsa. Shred lettuce, cube tomato, chop onion and put in mound around the pepper. Garnish with sour cream.
