A creamy cheesy dish the whole family will love!
List of Ingredients
16 oz. noodles, wide
2 pounds ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 cup sharp white cheddar cheese
3 Tablespoons Parmesan cheese
2 cans cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
2 cans evaporated milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 clove minced garlicRecipe
Cook noodles until tender but not real soft. Drain and rinse slightly. Cook ground beef with onion, celery and a little water. Add salt and pepper. Drain beef and combine with noodles, sprinkle with parsley (fresh or dried). Mix soup, milk, garlic and cheeses. Place in a 9”x13” deep casserole dish. Cover and bake at 325 for 1 hr.
Tips
*Make sure you use an extra deep casserole dish, especially if you use 24oz. of pasta. Also, if using more pasta add an extra can of evaporated milk.
