6 sausages, sliced
4 eggs
1/2 cup light cream
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons butter


Recipe


Brown the sausages in a skillet. Drain well and discard the fat. Beat the eggs, cream, and salt.

Mix in the green pepper. Melt the butter in the skillet; lightly scramble the eggs in it.

Fold in the sausages and serve.

Serves 2.
