3 or 4 unpeeled avocados, halved
1 (12 1/2 oz) can consomme madrilene
2 tablespoons sherry
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon chopped chives, dill or parsley
Recipe
Blend madrilene, sherry and lemon juice; chill until set. Stir with fork; spoon into half-shells of avacado. Combine sour cream with chives for garnish.
