    Dean Martin's Banana Flambees

    4 whole semi-ripe bananas
    1 can crushed pineapple
    1 can shredded coconut
    1/4 cup Kahulua

    1 cup heavy cream (for whipped cream)

    Recipe




    Drain juice from pineapple into chafing dish and heat.

    Slice bananas lengthwise; simmer in hot liquid until tender.

    Warm Kahulua in a saucepan and set aflame. Pour over bananas, let flames flicker out.

    Serve with pineapple, coconut, whipped cream.
