Edgar Bergen's Swedish Meat Balls

List of Ingredients
1 pound ground round steak
2 tablespoons minced onion
1/3 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup milk (or half and half)
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste Recipe
Blend well with hands. Shape into balls.
Heat butter in skillet. When hot, add meat balls. Cook over medium heat until beautifully browned and cooked through. Prepare gravy or sauce. Return meatballs to pan and simmer in gravy or sauce until ready to serve.
