List of Ingredients
Vegetable oil
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 pound ground sirloin steak
1 16-ounce can whole tomatoes, drained
1 15-ounce can cream-style corn 1 10 3/4-ounce can tomato soup
1 cup grates sharp cheddar cheese
chili powder to taste
cayenne pepper to taste
salt and pepper to taste
3/4 pound spaghettini or penne pasta
Recipe
In hot oil, fry the garlic, green pepper, and onion until thoroughly cooked. Add ground sirloin, cook until browned. Add the tomatoes, corn, and tomato soup; mix well. Add the grated cheese, and stir until melted. Stir in the chili powder, cayenne pepper, and salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and set aside.
Cook spaghettini according to package directions. Drain. Add sauce. Mix thoroughly, and divide into 2 casseroles. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Bake, uncovered, just until hot.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
