3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon Baco-Bits
1/4 teaspoon black Java pepper
1 tablespoon wheat germ, optional
1/4 teaspoon dried minced onion
1/2 teaspoon parsley
1 slice cheddar cheese, diced

Recipe



Beat eggs lightly, mixing together with the Baco-Bits, onion, parsley, pepper, wheat germ and cheese. Saute' in melted butter in a hot pan. Push mixture toward center continuously and do not overcook.

Serves 1 or 2.
