    List of Ingredients




    3 eggs
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 cup sour cream
    4 tablespoons sugar
    cinnamon
    2/3 cup sugar
    2 packages cream cheese ( 8-oz.ea.) -- softened
    1 teaspoon vanilla

    Recipe



    Blend eggs, 2/3 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla in blender. Add chunks of cream cheese until well blended.

    Pour into a 9x12-inch baking pan or two 9-inch glass pie plates. Bake at 325 F. for 30 minutes; remove from oven and cool 5 minutes.

    While cooling, combine sour cream, 4 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla; smooth on top of cake and then sprinkle with cinnamon.

    Return to oven and bake 5 to 10 minutes more.
