    2 pkg. (8 oz. each) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1/3 cup frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
    1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz. or 9 inch)
    1/4 cup caramel flavored dessert topping
    1/4 cup chopped peanuts

    Recipe



    Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on
    medium speed until well blended. Add eggs; mix until blended.
    Blend in juice concentrate.

    Pour into crust.

    Bake at 350 F for 40 minutes or until center is almost set.

    Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Drizzle with topping and sprinkle with peanuts before serving.

    YIELD: 8 Servings
