Chocolate Orange Cheesecake II

1 cup chocolate cookie crumbs
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 tablespoons butter or margarine,
melted
Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease a 9-inch springform pan with non-stick vegetable spray.
In a medium bowl, combine cookie crumbs, cinnamon, and butter; mix well. Press onto bottom of prepared springform pan.
Bake for 10 minutes. Cool.
Increase oven temperature to 350°F.
CHOCOLATE-ORANGE FILLING
4 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
4 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup semisweet chocolate morsels
2 tablespoons orange liqueur
1/2 teaspoon grated orange rind
Recipe
In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar; beat until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Divide batter in half.
In one half of batter blend in the chocolate. In the other half of batter blend in liqueur and orange rind. Pour chocolate batter over the crust.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 325°F.
Spoon remaining batter over the chocolate layer.
Bake for 30 minutes. Turn off the oven; prop the oven door open. Let cheesecake stand in oven for 1 hour. Chill overnight. Remove sides of pan.
