    Kahlua Fantasy Chocolate Cheesecake

    CHOCOLATE CRUMB CRUST
    1-1/3 cups chocolate wafer crumbs
    1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
    1 tablespoon sugar

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch springform pan with butter.

    In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients; mix thoroughly. Press in to bottom of prepared springform pan.

    KAHLUA CHEESECAKE

    1-1/2 cups semisweet chocolate morsels
    1/4 cup Kahlua
    2 tablespoons butter or margarine
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1/3 cup sugar
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 cup sour cream
    2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened

    In a small saucepan, combine chocolate morsels, Kahlua, and butter; cook, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, sugar, salt, and sour cream; mix until well blended. Add cream cheese; beat until smooth. Gradually blend in chocolate mixture. Pour into prepared crust.

    Bake for 35 minutes or until filling is barely set in the center. Turn oven off; let cheesecake stand in oven for 15 minutes with the door open. Remove from oven; cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Garnish with whipped cream and grated chocolate, if desired.
