    1 cup graham cracker crumbs
    1/4 cup sugar
    3 tablespoons butter or margarine,
    melted
    4 8-ounce packages cream cheese,
    softened
    1 cup sugar
    3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    4 eggs
    1 cup sour cream
    1 tablespoon vanilla extract
    1 21-ounce can cherry pie filling

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease a 9-inch springform pan with butter.

    In a medium bowl, combine cracker crumbs, sugar and margarine; mix thoroughly. Press onto bottom of prepared springform pan.

    Bake for 10 minutes.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, and flour; beat until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in sour cream and vanilla until well blended. Pour into prepared crust.

    Bake for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 250°F. Bake for 1 hour. Loosen cheesecake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan. Chill for 4 hours. Top with pie filling just before serving.

    Serves 10
