Mix together the crushed corn flakes, sugar, butter, lemon and orange rinds. Press on the bottom and sides of a shallow pie tin. Bake in a 350º oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
Soften the cream cheese. Mix together the lemon gelatin and the hot water. Stir until dissolved. Cool.
Stir the cooled gelatin mixture gradually into cream cheese.
Beat together the cream and sugar until stiff. Fold into the cheese mixture.
Mix in the chopped orange segments. Pour into the prepared pie shell. Sprinkle on the grated lemon rind and arrange orange segments on top. Serves 8.
