Crust
1 cup cornflake or graham cracker crumbs
5 T margarine
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon
Grease sides of a springform pan. Melt butter, add rest of ingredients and press into bottom of pan. Set aside.
Filling
5 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
Two 8 oz. Pkgs. Philadelphia Brand cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
2 Tablespoons flour
Recipe
Separate eggs. Put egg whites in refrigerator.
Beat yolks until creamy.
Gradually add sugar and vanilla.
Beat well.
Add cream cheese, broken in pieces for easier mixture; and sour cream.
Add flour; beat well until creamy and set aside.
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Fold gently into cheese mixture.
Pour into greased springform pan.
Bake at 275 degrees for 70-75 minutes.
Turn oven off and leave in for 1 hour more. (This prevents cake from falling.)
Cool.
Top with Cherry pie filling (or strawberry or blueberry; your preference).
