Double Chocolate Brownies

2/3 cup butter or margarine
1« cups sugar
4 tablespoons water
3 cups chocolate chips or mint chocolate chips, divided
or 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips and 1 1/2 cups mint chocolate chips
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 large or 4 medium eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup chopped walnuts
Recipe
Combine butter, sugar and water in a 4 cup measuring cup and melt and mix in microwave. Add 1 1/2 cups (plain) chocolate chips and vanilla until melted.
Transfer to mixer bowl. Add eggs, one at a time,beating well. Stir in flour, salt and baking soda.
Mix in remaining 1 1/2 cups (mint) chocolate chips and chopped nuts.
Spread in greased rimmed 10" x 15" cookie sheet.
Bake at 325 degrees, 35 minutes. Cool completely and cut into squares.
