Mousse in a Hurry

List of Ingredients
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
2 tsp instant espresso
2 tbsp rum or orange liequeur
2 eggs
3/4 cup hot milk
Whipped cream
Recipe
Combine the chocolate chips, espresso, eggs, liqueur and hot milk in a blender.
Blend for 2 minutes until the mixture is smooth.
Pour into 4 small dishes.
Refrigerate for an hour.
Serve with whipped cream.
