    Peanut Butter Fudge

    List of Ingredients




    1 c. evaporated milk
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 c. white sugar
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. peanut butter
    1 t. vanilla

    Recipe




    Put milk and both sugars in a heavy pan. Cook over low to medium heat, stirring constantly to avoid scorching.


    Cook until mixture reaches a firm ball stage or 250° on a candy thermometer. Remove from heat.

    Add butter, peanut butter and vanilla, stirring well.

    Pour into a buttered, 9x13 inch pan.

    Cool and cut.
