List of Ingredients




2 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1-1/4 cups unsalted butter, room temp.
2 tsp vanilla
confectioner's sugar for coating

Recipe



Preheat oven to 400 F degrees.

Cream butter and sugar. Mix in all other ingredients.

Roll into small balls.

Bake for 12 minutes in a 400 F degree oven.

Put a cup of confection's sugar (more if needed) in a plastic bag and put watm cookie balls into bag and shake to coat. Repeat after 15 minutes.
