Biscotti: Cafe Au Lait Biscotti

List of Ingredients
8 ounces white chocolate chips, divided
1/2 cup softened butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. coffee flavored liquor (Kahlua)
2 tsp. espresso powder
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup toasted hazelnuts
Recipe
Melt 1/4 cup white chips in double boiler and set aside to cool. Combine sugars and butter and beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs, beating continuously.
Mix in liquor, espresso, cinnamon and vanilla.
Combine flour and baking powder and gradually stir into the creamed mixture. Stir in the nuts. Refrigerate the dough until firm; divide into thirds. Shape each into a log 10" X 11/2" Place on lightly greased baking sheet 2" apart.
Bake 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Slice diagonally into 1/2" slices. Place onto sheet and bake 15 -20 minutes longer until firm and browned.
Cool on rack. Melt the rest of the white chips and drizzle over each cookie.
