List of Ingredients




1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups unseasoned, dry, fine breadcrumbs
1 1/2 cups chocolate covered raisins


Recipe




Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cream together the butter and the sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla and beat well. Combine dry ingredients together then stir into the creamed mixture. Stir in the chocolate covered raisins.

Drop by spoonful onto lightly greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 for 10 -12 minutes until golden brown.
