PB: Chewy Jumbo Peanut Butter Cookies

2 cups sugar
2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
1 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 16-ounce jar Smucker's Natural Chunky Peanut Butter
4 eggs
1/4 cup milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 cups rolled oats
2 cups flaked coconut




Recipe

Heat oven to 350° F. In a very large bowl, beat sugar, brown sugar, butter, and peanut butter in large mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs; beat until well mixed. Add milk and vanilla; mix well.

Combine flour, baking powder, and baking soda; add to peanut butter mixture. Stir until well mixed. Add rolled oats and coconut; mix well.

Drop 1/4 cup dough onto cookie sheets. Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until lightly browned. Let stand one minute; remove from cookie sheet. Cool on wire racks.

Tip: Smaller cookies can be made using one tablespoon of dough. Bake cookies 10 to 12 minutes. Recipe makes 10 dozen two-inch cookies.

Makes three dozen jumbo cookies.
