3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups LAND O LAKES® Butter, softened (4 sticks)
1 cup sugar
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup crisp rice cereal
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
Recipe
Heat oven to 350°F. In large mixer bowl combine all ingredients
except oats, rice cereal, coconut and walnuts. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed (2 to 3 minutes). By hand, stir in all remaining ingredients.
Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto cookie sheets. Bake for 13 to 16 minutes or until lightly browned.
