    Decadent Double Chocolate Cookies

    What better way to put a smile on a face than with a double hit of chocolate! White chocolate chunks and pecans stand out against a dark chocolate cookie for extra special effect.

    List of Ingredients




    1-1/2 cups (375 mL) graham crumbs
    2/3 cup (150 mL) all purpose flour
    1/4 cup (50 mL) cocoa powder
    2 tsp (10 mL) baking powder
    1 can (300 mL) Regular or Low Fat Eagle Brand®
    1/2 cup (125 mL) butter, softened
    6 oz (170 g) white chocolate, chopped
    1 cup (250 mL) chopped pecans

    Recipe



    Mix together graham crumbs, flour, cocoa powder and baking powder; set aside.

    Beat Eagle Brand and butter until smooth. Add graham crumb mixture; mix well. Stir in white chocolate and pecans. Chill 30 minutes.

    Drop by rounded tablespoon onto parchment paper-lined baking sheets.

    Bake in preheated 375ºF (190ºC) oven for 12-14 minutes; transfer to rack to cool.


    YIELD: 40 Cookies
