Icebox: Icebox Spice Cookies

List of Ingredients

1 1/2 cup Sugar
1 cup Unsalted Butter (2 sticks), softened
3 ea Eggs
1 cup Pecans
1 tsp Cloves
1 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Allspice
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
4 1/2 cup Flour
1 cup Raisins chopped



Recipe

Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs, nuts, and raisins. Mix. Add remaining ingredients. Knead and make into 4 long rolls.

Wrap rolls in wax paper. Set in refrigerator until hard. Slice and bake at 350 degrees for about 8 minutes.
