5 C Flour
1 C Sugar
5 tsp Baking powder
1 pinch Salt
1 C Vegetable oil
1 C Milk
1 tsp Lemon juice
2 Eggs





Recipe

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl, mix. In a large bowl combine oil, milk, lemon juice and eggs, mix well.
Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and mix well. Roll into balls. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 15 minutes until set, not brown. Do not overbake. Let cool, then frost.


Makes 36 cookies.

Frosting ---

3 C Confectioner's sugar
4 tbsp Butter/margarine
6 tbsp Orange juice
2 tsp Lemon juice
2 1/2 tsp Vanilla
