List of Ingredients




1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups chocolate chips
1-1/2 cups raisins
1-1/2 cups chopped nuts
1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats


Recipe



Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Blend the butter with the two sugars until creamy. Add the eggs and vanilla; beat until well mixed.

Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda. Add to egg mixture; beat well. Stir in remaining ingredients.

When well mixed, shape into balls and bake on ungreased cookie sheets for 8 minutes or until lightly browned.


YIELD: 2 DOZEN
