    Ethnic: Italian Anise Cookies

    List of Ingredients

    2 eggs
    3/4 cup sugar
    Anise, whole bottle
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    3 cups flour
    3 tsp baking powder
    1/2 cup milk

    Recipe

    Mix together well and drop by teaspoon full or knot dough. You can grease the cookie sheet, I always use parchment paper. Bake at 400 for 10-15 min.

    Frosting:

    Powdered sugar, water, & touch of vanilla. Mix together, frost partially cooled cookies with colored sprinkles.
