1 package lemon cake mix
1 egg
2½ cups Cool Whip or other
whipped topping, thawed
Powdered sugar
Recipe
Mix the lemon cake mix, egg and topping. The dough will be very sticky. Refrigerate for one hour. Drop by tablespoons into powdered sugar and gently roll until covered.
Bake at 350 degrees for nine to 11 minutes on a greased cookie sheet. Let cool on the cookie sheet for a couple of minutes before removing.
