Macaroon: Citrus White Chocolate Macaroons

1 pkg. (7 oz.) BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
3 squares BAKER'S Premium White Baking Chocolate, chopped
2/3 cup sugar
6 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
4 egg whites
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 tsp. almond extract
1 square BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate, melted
Recipe
PREHEAT oven to 325°F. Mix coconut, white chocolate, sugar, flour and salt in large bowl. Stir in egg whites, lemon peel and almond extract until well blended.
DROP by tablespoonfuls onto lightly greased and floured baking sheets.
BAKE 20 minutes or until edges of cookies are golden brown. Immediately remove from baking sheets. Cool on wire racks. Drizzle with melted chocolate.

Place chocolate in small resealable plastic bag. Seal bag tightly. Microwave on HIGH about 1 minute or until chocolate is melted. Fold down top of bag tightly; snap a tiny piece of 1 corner (about 1/8 inch). Holding top of bag tightly, drizzle chocolate through opening over cookies.
