Pinwheels: Peanut Butter Pinwheels

List of Ingredients
1 package powdered sugar (one pound)
4 or 5 TBS liquid (milk, cream or fruit juice)
1/2 cup peanut butter (either smooth or crunchy)
Recipe
Mix sugar and liquid to the consistency or piecrust. If more liquid is needed, add very little at the time. Roll on flat surface, spread with peanut butter and roll as a jelly roll. Cut crosswise. The pieces may be tiny or large.
The flavors may also vary by using chocolate chips, raisins, walnuts, pecans, etc. Let set for a time before serving. Keeps well in covered tin.
