List of Ingredients
1 cup butter(no substitutions) softened
1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup finely chopped pecans
1/2 tsp. salt
Recipe
Combine butter and sugar until creamy. Add vanilla. Combine remaining ingredients and add to butter mixture. Shape into 2 logs 8" long. Wrap in waxed paper and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Unwrap and slice in 1/4" thick slices. Bake at 375 on ungreased baking sheets for 8-10 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
