List of Ingredients
- 2 cups butter (no substitutes), softened
- 1 cup confectioner's sugar
- 2 Tblsp. water
- 4 tsp. vanilla
- 4 cups all purpose flour
- 2 cups pecans, chopped
- Additional confectioner's sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
- In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add water and vanilla; mix well.
- Gradually add flour; fold in pecans.
- Roll dough into 1 inch balls.
- Place on ungreased baking sheets and flatten with fingers.
- Cool on wire rack. When cool, dust with confectioner's sugar.
Final Comments
YIELD: About 5 dozen.
