    Thumbprint: Thumbprint Kiss Cookies

    Recipe Introduction

    "Biscuit mix makes this perennial favorite a breeze to make."

    List of Ingredients

    1 can (300 mL) Regular or Low Fat Eagle Brand®
    3/4 cup (150 mL) peanut butter
    2 cups (500 mL) packaged biscuit mix
    1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract
    1/3 cup (75 mL) granulated sugar
    60 ( ) solid milk chocolate candy kisses or stars

    Recipe

    In large mixing bowl, beat Eagle Brand and peanut butter until smooth. Add biscuit mix and vanilla; mix well.

    Shape into 1-inch (2.5 cm) balls and roll in sugar. Place 2-inches (5 cm) apart on parchment paper-lined baking sheets.

    Bake in preheated 375°F (190 °C) oven 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned. Do not over bake.

    Take from oven and immediately press chocolate kiss in the centre of each cookie. Cool. Store tightly covered at room temperature.

    YIELD: 5 Dozen
