Three is not always a crowd! These cookies mix many wonderful flavors to produce a rich heady cookie experience. A little of these cookies goes a long way, so don't be tempted to make big huge cookies, unless you have a serious chocolate lover in mind.
1 cup softened unsalted butter
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup light brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
1 tablespoon hazelnut liqueur
1 tablespoon chocolate liqueur
2 1/2 cups flour
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
12 ounces milk chocolate chips
12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
12 ounces white chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs, vanilla, and liqueurs until smooth and creamy. Whisk together the flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a small bowl.
Blend the dry ingredients into the butter mixture until smooth.
Stir in the chocolate and nuts.
Drop by the tablespoonful onto ungreased baking sheets and bake for 10 to 13 minutes.
Let sit on the sheets for 3 minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool.
Store in airtight containers.
