2 cups sugar
2 cups butter or margarine, softened
3 cups flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
4 cups cornflakes
1 cup chopped pecans
Recipe
Cream sugar & butter. Add dry ingredients. Fold in cornflakes and nuts
Roll into balls, place on greased cookie sheets & bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Test one after 10 minutes
YIELD: About 100 Cookies
