Filet Mignon Stuffed with Crab Meat

List of Ingredients
2 eight ounce filets
1 can jumbo lump crab meat (pasteurized)
¼ cup each of yellow, green and red bell peppers, diced
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tbs Old Bay seasoning
2 tbs chopped parsley
¼ cup brown gravy
salt and pepper to taste
Recipe
Mix crab meat, peppers, mayonnaise, Old Bay seasoning, parsley and salt & pepper in a bowl.
Cut pouches in the filets and stuff with crab meat mixture. Season filet with salt and pepper. Grill or broil filets to your liking.
Top with brown gravy and serve with baked potato or rice, asparagus or vegetable of your choice.
