    Land and Sea with Baked Potatoes

    List of Ingredients

    2 - 10 oz Strip Steaks
    20 Large Shrimp
    2 Idaho Potatoes
    1 tbs course Kosher salt
    3 tbs fresh lemon juice
    4 tbs olive oil
    2 tbs fresh chopped basil
    1 tbs fresh ground pepper


    Recipe

    Two hours before mealtime, mix together salt, lemon juice, oil, basil and ground pepper. Marinate steak and shrimp in this mixture for two hours in the refrigerator.

    Bake potatoes in the oven for 45-50 minutes at 375°F. Bake until fork pokes easily in and out of potato (Do not wrap in foil because this makes the potato pasty inside!)

    Heat your grill for 5 minutes. Brush some olive oil on the grill and place the steak on the grill for 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Shrimp should be grilled for 1 to 2 minutes on each side. Remove steak and shrimp when done and serve with your baked potatoes.
