    Pasta Primavera

    Pour 4 tablespoons of olive oil into a pan over high heat.
    Add 2 cups of colored peppers (red & yellow).
    Add 1 cup of chopped zucchini.
    Add 1 cup of chopped yellow squash.
    Add 1/2 cup of chopped garlic.
    Add 1 teaspoon of basil.
    Add 1 teaspoon of Parmigana cheese.
    Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
    Add a pinch of salt and stir.

    Cook for 12 minutes and pour mixture over your favorite pasta.
