    List of Ingredients




    1 Red Pepper (Julienne cut)
    1 Green Pepper (Julienne cut)
    2 Stalks of Celery (Diced)
    1 Yellow Squash (Julienne cut)
    2 Boneless large chicken breasts (Cut into strips)
    2 Pieces of Scallion (Green onion)
    2 TBSP Olive Oil
    Pinch of Salt
    Teriyaki Sauce
    1 TSP of Fresh Ginger
    4 Cloves of Garlic
    1/4 TSP Cayenne Pepper
    4 Leaves of Fresh Basil (Chopped)

    Recipe



    Heat olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Sauté garlic until golden.

    Add strips of chicken and stir-fry 2 minutes. Season with salt, cayenne pepper and ginger. Remove chicken and keep warm on the side.

    Add vegetables to frying pan and stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes until crisp.

    Return chicken to pan and heat through. Add teriyaki sauce and fresh basil.

    Place stir-fry over a bed of white rice.
