Boston Market Dill Potato Wedges

List of Ingredients
7 or 8 new red potatoes, washed well
2 finely minced garlic cloves
1/2 cup butter, (1 stick, 1/4 lb.)
(use only real butter)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
2 teaspoons dried dill weed
Recipe
Boil potatoes until barely soft. Drain
Cut the potatoes into wedges. Set aside.
Melt the butter in a large frying pan.
Saute the garlic for about 1 minute.
Add the potatoes and the rest of the seasonings.
Saute until the potatoes are lightly brown.
