3 puff pastry strips (1 1/2" x 3")
Melted butter
1 part cinnamon
1 part sugar
Chocolate Mousse (your choice)
Caramel Sauce (see recipe below)
whipped cream
raspberries
Coat puff pastry strips with melted butter, then sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mixture. Place pastry in oven at 350 degrees until risen about 1 1/2 times. Remove pastry and let cool. Place chocolate mousse on one strip of pastry and add another strip of pastry and add more mousse. Cover with last strip of pastry. Pour caramel sauce over all. Garnish with whipped cream and raspberries and serve.
Caramel Sauce:
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup dark corn syrup
1 Tbsp. butter
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Combine sugar, dark corn syrup, and butter in a heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium high heat, stirring constantly. Continue stirring and boil for one minute. Remove from heat. Stir in evaporated milk and vanilla.
