8 oz. Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. Chili Flakes



Recipe


In a sauté pan cook chili flakes until almost brown and are releasing their natural oils. Remove chili flakes from pan and place into cold sauté pan. Pour cold oil over hot chili flakes and let sit 24 hours. Remove chili flakes by straining and keep covered and labeled in refrigerator.
