Presto bread crumbs
Recipe
Put several eggs into a bowl and beat them as if you were going to make the egg batter for french toast.
While the raviolis are still frozen dip them in the egg batter and then cover them with the Presto bread crumbs.
Deep fry until they are fully cooked.
Allow to cool. You can serve them when they are still warm or when they have completely cooled, depending on your preferences.
