List of Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 med. Onion
2 cloves garlic
1 (14 oz.) can tomatoes
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
1 1/2 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1 bay leaf
1 box lasagna noodles cooked
8 oz. cottage cheese or ricotta cheese
2 to 3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Recipe
Brown ground beef, onions, garlic and drain. Add to crockpot with tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, oregano, thyme and bay leaf. Cook above ingredients on low 10 to 12 hours. In 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan put a thin layer of sauce, noodles and cheeses. Repeat until pan is full. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes.
