Tina's Pork Chops

List of Ingredients
4-6 lion or shoulder pork chops 3/4" thick
1 tbsp. veg. oil
3 tbsp. instant tapioca
1 can 8 1/2 oz pineapple tidbits undrained
1 tsp. lemon juice
1tsp powdred mustard
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Recipe
In a heavy skillet, brown pork chops in hot oil over high heat.Place pork chops in crock pot. Sprinkle with the tapioca. Add all remaining ingredients. Mix well.
Cover crock pot, cook on low heat setting for 4-5 hours or until meat is tender.
Serve with hot rice.
